A startup. Built for you.

We build your startup.
£15,000. Fixed.

We find promising startup ideas, build an advanced working version, and send it to the founder. If you want us to take yours all the way, it’s £15,000 fixed.

Pricing

Any startup.
One price.
£15,000.

One fixed fee for the defined build. Agreed before we start. No day rates, no change-request spiral, no open-ended agency bill.

What £15,000 buys

  1. 01

    Product strategy and scope

We agree what version one does, who it is for and what launch looks like.

  2. 02

    UX and UI design

A complete, considered interface. Not a template with your logo on it.

  3. 03

A working web or mobile product

Built to the agreed scope, on a modern production stack.

  4. 04

    Backend and integrations

Accounts, data, payments and the services your product depends on.

  5. 05

    Deployment

Live on real infrastructure, on your domain, under your accounts.

  6. 06

    Launch-ready handover

Code, designs, documentation and credentials. Yours to run and grow.

The price covers the build defined in your scope. Third-party costs such as hosting, app store fees and paid APIs are billed at cost. If an idea is exceptionally complex, we say so before we start, not after.

Traditional development says pick two.
We built FE³ so founders can choose three.

Long-exposure light trails sweeping around a bend at night

Fast

Working software in weeks. Not an open-ended engagement that drifts from quarter to quarter.

Precision-machined steel parts resting on technical drawings

Flawless

High design and engineering standards. Production-minded software, not a disposable prototype.

Ribbed concrete columns in raking light, in black and white

Fixed price

£15,000, agreed up front for the defined build. The number on day one is the number on launch day.

How it works

We build first.
We introduce ourselves second.

We look for founders openly talking about problems they want to solve. When we think we can help, we sometimes build first and introduce ourselves second.

  1. 01

    We find opportunities

We look for founders and genuine problems worth solving.

  2. 02

    We build first

For selected ideas, we create an advanced demonstration before you are ever a customer.

  3. 03

    You see it

Something tangible you can click through, instead of a speculative sales pitch.

  4. 04

    We build the full startup

If there is a fit, we complete the defined product for the fixed £15,000.

The demo shows what is possible. It is not the finished £15,000 product: that is scoped with you and built properly from there.

Examples

The kind of thing we build.

Concept work, clearly labelled. Real client builds will appear here as founders choose to share them.

An athlete gripping a loaded barbell on a gym floor
Concept

Fitness

Problem: independent coaches juggle bookings, payments and programmes across four apps. What we would build: one app for classes, memberships and progress, with payments built in.

A bright boutique hotel suite with floor-to-ceiling windows
Concept

Hospitality

Problem: small hotels lose margin to booking platforms. What we would build: a direct booking and guest experience product they own.

A charging cable plugged into an electric car
Concept

EV and technology

Problem: fleet drivers expense home and public charging by hand. What we would build: automatic charge tracking, approvals and reimbursement.

If we sent you something

You talked about a problem.
We built a first answer.

No obligation, no invoice, no catch. It is our way of showing what we can do instead of telling you.

What happens next

FAQ

Straight answers.

Why did FE³ contact me?

You were talking publicly about a problem you want to solve, and we thought we could help. Rather than send a generic pitch, we built a first version so you could judge us on real work.

Am I under any obligation?

None. The demo was made at our cost and our risk. You can reply, ignore it or ask us to go away. All are fine.

What has actually been built?

An advanced demonstration: enough to see and click through the core idea. It is not the finished, production product. That is scoped with you and built as part of the £15,000 engagement.

What does £15,000 buy?

Product strategy and scope, UX and UI design, a working web or mobile product to the agreed scope, backend and integrations, deployment and a launch-ready handover. One fixed fee, agreed up front.

What is not included?

Third-party costs such as hosting, app store fees and paid APIs, which are billed at cost. Ongoing development after launch is optional and priced separately. If your idea is exceptionally complex, we tell you before we start.

Who owns the finished work?

You do. Once the build is paid for, the code, designs and product are yours, as set out in the contract you sign before we begin.

What happens to the demo if I say no?

It stays private. We do not publish it or pitch your idea to anyone else, and we will delete it on request.

How fast is fast?

Weeks, not months. We agree a timeline with the scope, before any money changes hands.

Fast. Flawless. Fixed price.

Let’s build yours.
